Year 3

Welcome to Year 3

We are excited to welcome you back from the Christmas holidays, and hope that you all had a wonderful break.

We have some very exciting news with our P.E lessons this term, as we have Ella Picton, a former England under 21s hockey player with us. She will be leading our hockey coaching on Mondays so please make sure your child has both indoor and outdoor P.E kits with them for both our Monday and Friday PE lessons. Your child will be sent home with a new home learning menu, they need to choose one piece of home learning from this to do each week, and only one piece is to be handed in every Wednesday. We will also be continuing our spelling dictation every Friday and our times table challenges every Monday. Please try to read with your child every day, a guided reading book will be sent home with them every Monday. This is still expected back every Friday.
